HOW TO USE YOUR BLANK NOTEBOOK

Hi there! Welcome back to Lady Inspiration for this week. For those who do not know yet, I publish new blog post on every Saturday. Before we proceed, make sure you subscribe into my newsletter so that you'll not be missing any inspiring stories from me for a better you.

So, what I gonna be talked this week? It's quite hard for me to think what  story I supposed to share with you every time I want to write a new blog post. *open my laptop and just watch that blank white screen on my Blogger page* Hahaha it's happen every single time.

Ahaa since I love notebook (much much infinity love), I decided to come up with a blog post titled "How To Use Your Blank Notebook". Again, I really, really love notebook! I just can't enter to any bookstore and just see those incredible pretty notebook. I must buy it. At least one. Crazy! And I assure that there is someone out there who feels the same with me. Yeah that's you! I know the perks. But, soon as you arrived your home after finishing your 'notebook' shopping, "Arghh what I'm gonna do with this notebook? I'm not fully filling in my notebook before, then I bought the new one. What a stupid thing to do." Then, you're totally same with me.

As I always mention in my previous blog post, every problem has its solution and I have a quite high believe in that. Now I know what to do with those all blank notebooks, to be precise, how to use it. So, down here are several ways you can use to fill in your new blank notebook.

1. USE IT AS A JOURNAL

Okay, I love this one so much! So far, I use this notebook every single day as I put it as one of my night routine (before I sleep). But, I'm not using it as a normal journal like other persons out there. I divided my journal into 3 sections. The first one is Affirmation Section. I list all suitable affirmations in one page every single day. Yeahh I also believe in manifestation, that's why I love writing down all those affirmations. The second part is Quotes Section. I have a very deep love with quotes. I love to find and read quotes as one of my motivation sources. When I found it interesting, then I jot it down in my pretty notebook. The last part is Thoughts Section. This is where I write all the things in my head. When you write down your thoughts on a paper, its like you're having a chat with your own self and its very, very good for your health, especially your mental health.

2. USE IT AS A BOOK OF IDEAS

Maybe you never think about this. As a human, we have so much ideas in our head. We want to do this, we want to do that. We want to do this using this way, that way and the list go down. We're so excited with our ideas but, then you forgot all the ideas when it comes to the day you want to do it. My advice is soon as the idea pop out from your head, quickly write it down in your notebook. It doesn't matter what it is. Just write it down because humans are easy to forget something. Thus, to make sure it retains in your head, jot it down in your pretty notebook.

3. USE IT AS YOUR SUBJECT NOTEBOOK

This is cliche since everyone do this. Just use it as your subject notebook. Use it as your own study notes. However, I'm not like other students who directly make their own study notes in their lecture. I am an auditory person. I need to 100% focus in my class. So, I'll just note down the important things that are not in the textbook or lecture notes. I just write it down without thinking the design of my notes, without highlighted it. That is the messy one. Soon as I arrived home or my college I make new study notes using my notebook. I will combine all the information from textbook, lecture notes and 'what the lecturer said in the class' in one notebook. It is easy for me to do my revision without opening so many sources.

4. USE IT AS A BOOK OF CURRENT ISSUES

As I am a debater, I need to read a lot on current issues and there are so many many issues happening now. It is impossible for me to remember it all without writing it down on a piece of paper. So, I also use my notebook for only current issues. Then, it is easy for me to read it again.

Therefore, these are the 4 ways on how I use my blank notebook. Yes, 4 different notebooks because I love notebook, so do you. I hope I can help you a little bit in finding the ways on how you can use your blank new notebook.
